PacKEtek: A Complete Logistics Command Center
How we designed and built an end-to-end delivery operations platform for a courier company specialized in prescription delivery — dispatch, warehouse, pharmacy portal, and driver app, all in one system.
The Challenge
PacKEtek is a New York logistics courier specialized in prescription delivery — one of the most demanding delivery categories that exists. Every package can involve controlled medications, refrigeration requirements, strict delivery time windows, proof of delivery, and patient privacy. They needed more than tracking software: they needed a command center that could show the entire operation in real time and surface problems before they became failed deliveries.
Four Applications. One Platform.
Dispatch Command Center
A real-time operations dashboard showing every active driver, route, and package across the city. Live counters for delivered, rejected, returned, in-warehouse, and unaccepted packages. An alerts panel flags at-risk deliveries — like time windows about to expire — so dispatchers fix problems before they happen, not after.

Warehouse Dashboard
Full visibility into every package state: picked up, in warehouse, out for delivery, returned. Deliveries grouped by client with search, driver assignment, zone management, and per-package flags for urgent, refrigerated, and controlled items.

Pharmacy Client Portal
A multi-tenant portal where each pharmacy logs in to request pickups, upload next-day deliveries, track every order in real time, manage co-payments, and pull delivery reports. Full activity history on every delivery, with print-ready labels and receipts. Available in English and Spanish.

Driver Mobile App
Drivers manage availability, accept runs, and see earnings per route. Package scanning at pickup and delivery creates a complete chain of custody. Stop-by-stop routing with list and map views, delivery time windows, special handling flags, and sender/admin notes — including accessibility instructions for individual patients.

Built for a Regulated Industry
Prescription logistics means handling controlled medications, refrigerated items, and sensitive patient information. The platform was designed around that reality: per-package compliance flags, chain-of-custody scanning, signature capture, and role-based access so pharmacies, dispatchers, warehouse staff, and drivers each see exactly what they need — and nothing more.
